About Me
Creative. Late diagnosed ADHD. Former perfectionist. Kind hearted. Big thinker. Action Taker.
I’ve been coaching business owners, non-profit leaders, and creative minds for over 20 years — helping them turn their big ideas into meaningful action.
But what really lights me up is combining all that know-how with something extra special: Internal Family Systems (IFS). As an IFS-informed coach, I help you connect with your inner wisdom to create a business (and life) that feels aligned, joyful, and sustainable.
I’m a certified IFS-informed coach with a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership — and after years of working with entrepreneurs, I know that the biggest breakthroughs often come from within. By blending IFS insights with real-world business strategies, I’ll help you identify the parts of you that are holding you back — and the parts that are bursting with ideas, courage, and creativity just waiting to shine.
I also offer life coaching because, let’s be honest, women rarely separate their work and personal lives. Whether you're navigating business challenges, life transitions, or personal growth, I’ll support you in finding clarity, confidence, and balance.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worn a lot of hats — from Executive Director of non-profits to business consultant to grant writer (and yes, occasionally a witch’s hat for fun because I’m also Megan the Good Witch). I’ve coached countless women who are building businesses with heart, purpose, and passion. We'll make a great team if you’re curious about how your inner world shapes your outside one.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me exploring the world of miniatures, writing poetry, or enjoying life in my historic renovated Victorian home. I have dogs, cats, chickens, and a husband who runs a successful home remodeling business of his own. We travel internationally several times a year. My favorite place to visit is Ireland.
I believe business doesn’t have to be all spreadsheets and SERIOUS bro-club nonsense — it can be creative, meaningful, and even magical.
If you’re ready to listen to the wisdom of your parts and your SELF, let’s talk! I’d love to hear your story and help you build a business that feels like home.
OH, AND DID I MENTION I AM A SWIFTIE!?
small print: I am NOT a therapist or psychologist or psychotherapist or psycho-anything. I’m a coach.
